"My husband and I purchased a 2011 CR-V at O'Hare Honda on February 12, 2011. We had such a good experience that we want to be sure we have an opportunity to sing the praises of O'Hare Honda and of our salesperson, Job Alex. We have purchased other vehicles from O'Hare Honda and always had a good experience. However, this time we went through the Consumer Reports "Build & Buy" service. Our hope was that O'Hare Honda was a participant, and fortunately it was. Gina DiGiacomo from O'Hare's Internet sales group responded with a quote almost immediately. Upon arrival at O'Hare, Job Alex greeted us and took over as our salesperson. He did an excellent job, was helpful with all of our questions, and very patient when we both test drove a couple of times and discussed colors and features, etc. We also felt that Job new everything there was to know about the CR-V and probably the other vehicles at Honda. His knowledge and helpfulness was impressive. Job has also followed up and has encouraged us to call him with questions. The business manager, Marc Brescia, was also very helpful. All in all we couldn't be happier with our purchase experience at O'Hare Honda and with Job's excellent help and patience. Needless to say this is precisely why we will continue to come back to O'Hare Honda (my husband has his eye on the Ridgeline sometime in the next couple of years). "Needed my usual oil change and had a coupon. First customer service got me an appt right away, then I was greeted by the service writer who was very friendly and outgoing. I had another coupon for a winter inspection which he accepted along with the oil change coupon. He complimented me on my driving habits and said that I still had some time left before the oil change was needed. Upon getting the car, it was washed and very clean and done within the hour while I waited. I got a good price for the service I got and feel like they are taking good care of the car they sold to me."
