"Overall, I had a good experience at O'Hare Honda.  I had dealt with some shady dealers in Shaumburg and this was definitely a better experience.  The sales person/leasing agent I worked with was very nice and pretty clear, which was a positive quality.  After I had decided to lease the car, the process was extremely easy and quick- the finance person was very friendly and clear as well.  I haven't dealt with their repair department yet, but overall, had a positive experience my first go-around."
