"Ryan was great every time I brought my Honda Civic for an oil change. He stated that I should consider turning my car in there and that he could introduce me to a couple of sales people that would help me get the car that I wanted. He also talked to me and shared info about the great things the CRV has to offer. He is always very nice and attentive every time I came in. He introduced me to Mary R and from that point on Mary was absolutely WONDERFUL! She was patient with me and helped me lease the car that I REALLY wanted! She spent time with me figuring out if I had enough credit to lease the car on my own and to get the CRV at a price that I could afford on a monthly basis. While my car searching journey started in November 2010 it ended in April 2011 with the lease of a CRV. She was patient during that time but checked in with me via phone calls and emails offering her assistance when I wass ready to come in and meet again. She was not PUSHY throughout this experience and for that I was not only impressed, but relieved. I felt comfortable that I could take my time making this big decision in leasing a car that was right for me. SHe helped me find the perfect "fit" for me and I am extremely happy with my CRV. She walked me through the whole process and reassured me during each step that the CRV was a great SUV that I would be happy with! SHe was right!!!! I LOVE my CRV!!!!!! Ohare Honda experience was great from the begining to the end and like I said earlier it started in the customer service department with an oil change. I always leased from McGrath and I knew from talking with Ryan and Mary that I needed to go to O'Hare for this upcoming lease! Thank You both for all your patience and help with guiding me through the leasing process! I will recommend O'Hare Honda to family and friends and will continue to bring in my CRV for oil changes and maintenance. Its always a pleasure to see the smiling faces at O'Hare Honda!"

"I needed a repair that would take a whole day, which meant leaving my car from morning until evening. Did I need to rent a car to get to and from my office? Heck no! O'Hare Honda offers a free shuttle within about 10 miles of their dealership.

They dropped me off at my office, at the door. The only criticism I had was that the driver took the worst route possible through a construction zone on Touhy. He knew about it but didn't seem to know how to avoid it. Maybe a little thinking ahead might have helped there. I called them that evening when I needed to be picked up, and they brought me back to the dealership, no problems. How easy was that?

I appreciated not having to wait all day at the dealer, or spend the time and money renting a car. Nice!"

Regarding your service staff, I am highly impressed overall. There are a couple members, in particular, that I would like to recognize: Ryan Durso, my service advisor, goes above and beyond from start to finish each time I service my Honda at your dealership. Ryan is very personable, knowledgeable and consistently takes the extra steps to help me understand the details of your services offered as well as  how to get the best performance out of my Honda. "This purchase, a Honda CR-V, was the 6th purchase for our family from O'hare over the past several years, 1 for my wife, 3 for myself, and 2 for our daughter. They are a very local dealer for us, which makes them the first choice for convenience, but over the years, they have kept us as customers because of their service, fairness around pricing, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we're pleased with every aspect of the relationship.

In this most recent purchase, we challenged O'hare to find a very popular color and equipment combination on a CR-V at a time when the catastrophe in Japan is limiting parts availability at the factories in the U.S. Our expectation was set at several weeks for delivery, but instead, they were able to locate a car to our surprise in only 2 days. Once again, our expectations have been exceeded and we're already on the road with our new car.
