So I called Mark who directed me to the free jump/tow service they offer. Turned out it was 2 hrs late and a shady guy and his girlfriend came in their own car. I called Mark and asked if I should let this guy jump me he said "If you're not comfortable I can send 2 porters right now to give you a jump." In the end I let the guy jump my car and Mark stayed on the phone and talked to me while I drove it for 1/2hr to re-charge the battery. He is the best! I can't say enough good things about the dealership and this wonderful employee Mark Ashkan!!!"
