My car is 8 years old and for 7 1/2 of them I had it serviced at the competition. I was referred to O'Hare Honda and am disappointed in myself for having spent 7 1/2 years at a neighboring Honda dealer that doesn't even compare to the quality service and friendliness of the entire O'Hare Honda staff! From the Service Advisor (Ryan), to the mechanic, to the girl who checked me out, to the guy who put the fluids in my car to the staff member who held the door for me as I left. This group works as a team and makes me feel comfortable servicing my car at O'Hare Honda. And it gets better, the first time I took my car in for repairs, they drove me home because they thought the service was going to take longer then expected, then when I came to pick up my car, and it needed more time to repair, they offered me a loaner, and it wasn't a tin can, it was a car similar to what I was accustomed to driving, all that took the sting out of my car not being ready. They truly care that I am happy!! Don't think twice, check out O'Hare Honda and ask for Ryan Durso because he is AWESOME!
