Kathleen, thank you so much for your loyalty

"My Element & I have been a part of the O'Hare Honda group for almost 9 years. They are terrific over there from Sales to Service. My Element has only been serviced by O'Hare Honda and I will never take it anywhere else. I have heard the nightmares from the competitive oil change facilities. Once, I overheard a gentleman telling his story to the cashier as he was paying his $800.00 bill to fix the damages caused by the quick oil change that shall remain nameless company. Never at Honda, and they do and inspect more for you there. I feel confident when I drive off that everything was serviced properly and it always has been. My only complaint (and it won't affect the rating) is that Dave, my service adviser, may be a bit color blind. You see my car color is "shoreline mist" and not "olive" as Dave described. I forgive you Dave! Happy Holidays!!!"

"I have been a long tern O'Hare Honda owner , Civics for my children and Accords for me primarily because of the the stellar service department headed by Paul Benedetto . Paul and Dave Strickland truly care about the customers needs and treat me as if my car (s) are their own . Time after time they have gone the extra mile to help make the service experience better in every way. I just leased my 6th Honda last week and it mainly was because of Paul and Dave's service ( the rest of the service team are amazing too) but I have worked with Paul and Dave the longest. I considered purchasing a Lexus IS250 and the lease cost was only slightly higher than the new Accord but I went back to Honda because of the service team . I highly recommend you purchase your next Honda at O'Hare Honda as they are the best in the business of taking care of their customers."
