Mary, we are thrilled to learn you had a quality experience at our dealership

"We just moved to the area and have previously gone to Carrs Honda in Chicago. I was a little leery b/c of other reviews. But it is 'geographically desirable' so I took my chances. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendly service. All went as planned. Granted nothing was seriously wrong. Needed an oil change and had a warning light saying that my gas cap was loose. The service manager immediately addressed the problem. He checked to see that the seal wasn't worn. Then explained that I needed to tighten the cap with several more 'clicks' than I had been doing. I offered free 'shuttle' service to my home. While I waited for my driver, they had free WiFi, laptops to use and comp Starbucks coffee :-). Shuttle driver was nice. Dropped me off at home and picked me up (after courtesy call) when the car was finished . Bada-bing bada boom! Car was ready when they told me it would be and no more gas cap warning light. No complaints"
