"We purchased a 2011 CR-V from O'Hare Honda, with good results. I worked with Job Alex and I would rate him as very hard working, honest, and a man of integrity. I did and still have a small issue with the dealership offer of free roadside assistance. Due to the quick action between Alex and myself, I never asked the requirements, since it was a sign on the dealership wall. I actually had (2) offers a little ($200) lower, but since this was for my wife I thought the roadside assistance was a good thing. After I had signed the papers, the accounting guy explained that I needed to return to the dealership for maintenance sooner than specified by Honda. Everything else was done in an excellent way."
