Kevin and Job, thank you for once again providing excellent customer service

"I started the process of finding and purchasing my 2012 Honda Fit Sport, black, with a manual transmission, with internet salesman Kevin Rooney. This car was not available anywhere, so I knew I'd have to wait a month or two to have it delivered. I offered and got a fair price, and Kevin kept in touch with me about estimated delivery times. I never felt pressured or manipulated.

I went in to leave a deposit and met Job Alex, who was again friendly and efficient. I was kept up to date on the expected delivery date of the Fit-especially important because our 12-year-old Subaru was about to give up the transmission ghost. The tsunami in Japan was the reason for the initial delay, then the flooding situation, and it looked like it would be an additional month before we got our car.

Alex and his manager proactively worked out a trade with another dealer who had just gotten "our" car in, and we got it weeks ahead of the estimate.

The sales transaction was smooth and included no surprises. Job seemed genuinely excited for us when he showed us our new car, and it was PERFECT. Not a scratch, raindrop or speck of dust.

The only negative was in the financing office. I had made it clear from the start that we had a loan in place from our credit union, our credit was not great, and I wasn't interested in exploring dealer financing. They ran my credit anyway and kept us in the office longer than was necessary. PS-no one wants rustproofing!

Overall, I would heartily recommend O'Hare Honda. I have bought several new cars and this was far and away the most (only?) pleasant experience I've had. Very pleased to have chosen this dealer, and with our Fit. Thanks, Kevin and Job."
