"I got the lease on my Honda pilot at O'Hare Honda. The terms were the best I could find and the internet sales person (Gina) kept in touch and responded timely to all my questions. The process took over two months. My wife is very difficult when making this kind of commitment. Gina remained in contact and gave us encouragement. We were moderately discouraged upon arrival at the dealership when we had to wait ten minutes to talk to the sales person and it was not Gina! The gentleman's name was Ziggy and I felt sorry for this poor guy as my wife dismissed him. He could not see her coming. He thought the deal was done and for this he would sustain some abuse. He acted politely and dignified. John the sales manager came over and massaged all the bad emotions and fears. The next day we picked up our dark cherry red Pilot and were given a 30 minute orientation by a charming young man. I cant recommend these folks enough. Great people in a tough business."
"The service team at O'Hare Honda are really great. They are always courteous and don't try to push unnecessary repairs on me. I wish all service departments were like this."
"I brought my car in 2006 from O'Hare. I have had a good relationship with the
sales department and the service department. They always have my car ready when promised. I like going there as I get my Starbucks and watch the TV while waiting for my car to be serviced. They have a shuttle if needed. I have recommended both the sales dept and the service dept. to many of my friends.
Two of my friends have since bought Hyundai 's there. A few go to the service dept. even though they do not own a Hyundai. In April, my friend will be looking at the
new Sonatas. Looking forward to buying my next Sonata from there."
